REPORT
Special Called Meeting - April 10,
2003
CALL TO ORDER:
- The meeting was called to order by President,
Lowanda Washington, at 6:00 PM.
- Invocation was given by Roger Nutt.
- Pledge of Allegiance was led by Roger Nutt.
- All Board trustees were present with the exception
of Mrs. Rose Morin. (Note- Keith Drews arrived at 6:05 PM)
AGENDA ITEMS:
- Approve Order of Cancellation of May 3 Trustee
Election - Motion by Mr. Danny Vickers, seconded by Mrs. Byrleen Terry, to
approve Order of Cancellation to cancel May 3, 2003 Board of Trustee Election.
The motion carried unanimously.
RESULTS OF CLOSED SESSION:
- Possible Litigation - Motion by Keith Drews,
seconded by Roger Nutt, to pursue litigation with Charlie Voelter, architect
of the Marlin Elementary School and Marlin Middle School. The motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT:
- President Washington adjourned the meeting at
7:03 PM.
