SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MARLIN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
Administration Building - 12:00 NOON

March23, 2004

CALL TO ORDER
1. The meeting was called to order by President, Lowanda Washington, at 12:05 PM.
2. Roll Call: Ms. Lowanda Washington, Mr. Roger Nutt, Mrs. Byrleen Terry, Mr. Terry Douglas, Mr. David Lawson, and Ms. Sonja Washington. Absent - Mr. Danny Vickers

Adopt Order of Cancellation and Unopposed Candidate Elected - Motion by Mr. Roger Nutt, seconded by Mr. david Lawson, that Marlin ISD adopts the Order of Cancellation and hereby cancels the election in Single Member District E and elects unopposed candidate, Terry Douglas. Voting for : Mr. Roger Nutt, Mr. David Lawson, Mrs. Byrleen Terry, Ms. Lowanda Washington and Ms. Sonja Washington. Mr. Tery Douglas abstained from voting. The motion passed.

ADJOURNED - President Washington adjourned the meeting at 12:08 PM
