SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MARLIN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by President, Lowanda Washington, at 5:00 P.M.
Roll call: Ms. Lowanda Washington and Mr. David Lawson.
Board Policy BBB(LEGAL) – Two members of the Board constitute a quorum
for purposes of canvassing an election.
Canvass Returns of May 15th Trustee Election -
Motion by Mr. David Lawson, seconded by Ms. Lowanda Washington, to accept the
results of the May 15, 2004 Trustee Election. The motion carried unanimously.
