CALL TO ORDER
1. The meeting was called to order by President, Lowanda Washington, at 4:05 p.m.
2. Roll call: Mr. Roger Nutt, Mr. Terry Douglas, Mr. Gary Gray, Mr. David Lawson, Ms. Sonja Washington., Ms. Lowanda Washington and Mr. Danny Vickers.

Closed Session - At 4:06 p.m. President Washington announced the Board will go into Closed Session under
Section 551.071.

a. Board interview and discussion of chief executive officer applicants

The Board came out of Closed Session and reconvened to Open Session at 7:50 p.m.

Interview and discussion of chief executive officer applicants - No action taken

Adjourned President Washington adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m.

C. Board interview and discussion of chief executive officer applicants.

The Board came out of Closed Session and reconvened to Open Session at 10:05 p.m.

Interview and discussion of chief executive officer applicants - Motion by Mr. Roger Nutt, seconded by Ms. Sonja Washington to interview two officer applicants for the second round of interviews. The motion carried unanimously.

Adjourned President Washington adjourned the meeting at 10:06 p.m.
