Special Called Meeting November 14, 2005 6 PM

CALL TO ORDER

1. The meeting was called to order by President, Lowanda Washington at 6:05 PM

2. Roll call: Mr. Roger Nutt, Mr. Terry Douglas, Mr. Gary Gray, Mr. david Lawson, Ms. Sonja Washington, Ms. Lowanda Washington, and Mr. Danny Vickers.

Closed Session - At 6:45 PM President Washington announced the Board will go into Closed Session under Section 551.071.

a. Board intervies and discussion of chief executive officer applicants.

The Board came out of Closed Session and reconvened to Open Session at 9:56 PM.

Discussion of chief executive officer applicant - No action taken.

Adjourned - President Washington adjourned the meeting at 9:57 PM.
