Minutes from Wokshop Meeting November 15, 2005 5:30 PM

CALL TO ORDER

1. The workshop was called to order by President, Lowanda Washington, at 5:34 PM.

2. Roll Call - Ms. Lowanda Washington, Mr. Roger Nutt, Mr. Terry Douglas, Mr. Gary Gray, Mr. david Lawson, Ms. Sonja Washington, and Mr. Danny Vickers.

Review 2004-2005 Audit - Mr. Ted Neeb with Freemon, Shapard & Story, Certified Public Accountants, pointed out the highlights with the Board with the official copy of the 2004-05 audit. He went over some recommendations for the business office. Questions were asked by the Board members.

Adjourned - President Washington adjourned the meeting at 6:10 PM.
