PUBLIC MEETING ON MARLIN ISD 2009-2010

BUDGET AND PROPOSED TAX RATE

June 25, 2009  6:00 p.m.

Marlin Middle School Cafeteria

Call to Order - Board Secretary, Sonja Washington called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Roll Call - Tania Baker, Sonja Washington, David Lawson, Steve Johnson. Trustees, Roger Nutt, Danny Vickers and Lowanda Sias were absent. A quorum was established for the meeting. Board Secretary, Sonja Washington requested that all persons who desired to speak or comment on the 2009-2010 Budget and Proposed Tax Rate provide their names to the secretary.

Public Comments - Due to the absence of public attendance at this meeting, there were no public comments. Budget questions and concerns were asked and answered by Business Manager, Kim Margoitta.

Adjournment  - Board Secretary, Sonja Washington adjourned the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
