Call to Order - Board President, Lowanda Sias called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Roll Call - Roger Nutt, Lisa Silvas, Tania Baker, Sonja Washington, Lowanda Sias, David Kenny and Steve Johnson. A quorum was established for the meeting.
Closed Session - Board President, Lowanda Sias announced at 6:01 p.m. that the Board would go into closed session to hold interviews and discussion with Superintendent/CEO applicants. The Board reconvened into open session at 8:29 p.m.
Adjournment - Board President, Lowanda Sias adjourned the meeting at 8:29 p.m.

Approve Number of Applicants to be Interviewed - Motion made by Steve Johnson, seconded by Lisa Silvas to approve three applicants to be interviewed. Motion carried unanimously.
