ACTION REPORT

Special Called Board Meeting - August 26, 1999

Present - Mr. Arthur Douglas, Ms. Rose Sedillo, Mr. Samuel Garcia and Mr. Danny Vickers

Absent - Ms. Lowanda Washington, Mr. Keith Alston and Mr. Carman Dingrando

Results of Closed Session:

*Purchase Property Adjacent to E.S. & M.S. Building Site - Motion by Ms. Rose Sedillo, seconded by Mr. Danny Vickers, to purchase the property adjacent to elementary and middle school building site for $65,000 plus $700 title policy fee. Mr. Samuel Garcia made an amendment to the original motion, seconded by Mr. Danny Vickers, that all parties involved agree on the stated amount. The amendment to the original motion carried unanimously. A vote was then called for the original motion. The original motion carried unanimously.
