Notice is hereby given that the governing body of the Marlin Independent School District, Marlin, Texas will hold a Special Called Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on December 15, 2009 in the Marlin Middle School Cafeteria, 678 Success Drive, Marlin, Texas

On this day, December 11, 2009 at 3:00 p.m., a copy of this notice was posted on the front door of the main entrance to the Marlin I.S.D. Administration Building, administration bulletin board, and on the front doors of Marlin Elementary School, 602 Donohoo St., Marlin Middle School, 678 Success Drive, and Marlin High School, 1400 Capps St. All of these locations are accessible to the public at all times. A copy was also mailed to the local media representative.

MARLIN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

December 15, 2009

A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Marlin Independent School District will be held on December 15, 2009, beginning at 6:15 p.m., as per Board President approval in the Marlin Middle School Cafeteria at 678 Success Drive, Marlin, Texas. The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice. Unless removed from the consent agenda, items identified within the consent agenda will be acted on at one time.
