CALL TO ORDER - Meeting was called to order by President, Lowanda Washington, at 12:02 PM..

Roll Call: All trustees were present with the exception of Carman Dingrando, Rose Morin and Sonja Washington.

AGENDA ITEM:

Date for Public Hearing on Budget and Proposed Tax Rate - Motion by Mr. Danny Vickers, seconded by Mrs. Byrleen Terry, to approve date of June 27, at 6 PM to have a public hearing on budget and proposed tax rate. The motion carried unanimously.

President Washington adjourned the meeting at 12:03 P.M.
