Marlin Moves to 9 -3

Hillsboro came to Marlin on December 15 and the dogs once more put a whipping on them. Up 36 -6 after the first quarter, Marlin went on to win 83 - 57. Once more balanced scoring for the Bulldogs with Desmond Watson leading the team with 18 points. Charles Johnson had 11; Bernard Washington hit 3 threes to finish with 9; Desmond Woodson had eight; Bert Tiller - 11; and Steve Johnson with 10. Assist leader last year, Ashley Anderson had 12 assists.

The Bulldogs will take on the Midway Panters December 18 and then its the M.T. Rice Tournament over the holidays on December 28 -31.
