Bulldogs Keep It Going - Move to 2-0 In District

Marlin traveled to McGregor on January 19 for game two of the first round of district play and came home with a victory by a score of 76-51.

Bernard Washington was the hero this night hitting six of nine from the field; five of 15 from three point range and three of seven from the charity stripe to finish with 30 points! He also added five assists and five steals. I think McGregor has seen enough of Washington! But they will see him again on February 5 at Marlin.

Also helping the bulldog cause was Desmond Woodson who added 17 points, eight boards, five assists and seven blocked shots!

Ashley Anderson had 10 assists.

The bulldogs will go after victory number three on January 22 when the Lorena Leopards come to town.
