BULLDOGS DROP ONE AT CORSICANA

The Marlin soccer team took to the road on Janaury 24 to take on 4A Corsicana. Corsicana came out strong to begin the game, and scored their first goal at the 20 minute mark. The offense of our Bulldogs came close to scoring several times, but could not capitalize on any shots. Corsicana scored again to make it 2-0 at the half.

In the second half, the Dogs came out a completely different team and played very well. Again, they had several attempts to score, but couldn't seem to find the goal. Bulldog goalkeeper Antonio Reyes made 14 saves on goal, but Corsicana proved to be too much as they scored once more to make the final 3-0.
