Student Information Services

Student Information Services (PEIMS) encompasses all data for the entire school district required by TEA (Texas Educational Agency). 
This includes:

  • student demographic data,
  • staff members demographic data,
  • district finances, and
  • general organizational information.

More specifically, school registrars and attendance personnel update and track student demographic information and daily attendance. In conjunction with individual teachers, campus counselors are responsible for tracking individual student academic performance, determining student needs and tracking student performance on state standards (STAAR and EOC).

The PEIMS Coordinator serves as a direct contact for parents regarding student registration, transfers, records/transcripts, and Ascender Parent Portal access.
