Lawrence Galloway - Chief Operating Officer
Lawrence M. Galloway began his education career in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as a high school mathematics teacher in 2005. After three successful years of increasing math scores in East Baton Rouge Parish Schools, he was recruited to Uplift Education charter school network in Dallas, Texas as a middle math teacher.
He earned his Bachelors's degree in Economics from Southern University, his Masters's in Education Administration from Texas A&M Commerce, and his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He is currently planning to go to law school.
Dr. Stacy Parker - Executive Director of Academics and Student Services
Dr. Parker completed her undergraduate education at Paul Quinn College with a bachelor's in Organizational Management. She then went on to earn four master's degrees from LeTourneau University: MBA in Finance, Psychology, Curriculum & Instruction, and Educational Leadership. She earned her Doctorate of Education in Administration and Leadership in 2020 from Walden University.
Dr. Parker began her career in education in 2007. She's served in various roles including high school teacher, elementary teacher, Instructional coach, curriculum specialist, and director. Dr. Parker currently leads the Academic and Student Services departments.
Patrice Woodson - Director of Curriculum
Patrice Woodson is a graduate and native of Marlin, TX. She is joining Marlin ISD after serving as an Instructional Coordinator in Cedar Hill ISD. She began her educational career as an elementary teacher, later serving as an instructional coach. She has also served as an Instructional Materials Quality Evaluation Reviewer for the Texas Education Agency in Austin, TX.
Ms. Woodson graduated from Texas A&M University – Commerce, TX with a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education and from Concordia University - Austin, TX with a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.
Ms. Woodson directs district-wide curriculum and instruction and implements professional development in order to ensure all students achieve at high levels.
Adam LeJeune - Director of Technology
After graduating from Texas A&M University, Commerce with a BS in Computer Information Science in 2006, Adam spent 9 years teaching English, Physics, Art, and Computer Science classes while serving as a part-time Director of Technology, until transitioning into a full-time Director of Technology Role for Marlin ISD in 2015.
Adam's duties include managing all of the servers, workstations, and mobile devices and laptops in the district, as well as networking, audio-visual systems, security systems, data management, cybersecurity, and all other ancillary digital operations of Marlin ISD.
Jesse Bustamante - Director of Special Education and Human Resources
Jesse completed his undergraduate education at The University of Texas-El Paso with a bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies. He then went on to earn a master's degree from Lamar University in Educational Leadership.
Jesse began his career in education in 2012. He served in various roles including high school teacher, middle school teacher and department leader. Jesse currently leads the Human Resources department, Special Education department as well as the Athletic department.
